All participants must have a signed waiver form and Registration form signed before attending classes. Please print and bring to your first class.

Mid Michigan Gymnastics requires full payment at time of booking to hold your spot.
Class sizes are limited so please register early. You may register in person, telephone or online.
New students must have a signed registration and waiver form at the start of the first class. (forms available above)
We do not automatically re-enroll students. Current students must re-enroll to secure their spot in a class.
Re-enrollment for current students can be done 5 weeks after a new session starts.
We reserve the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum number of participants.
MAKE UP CLASSES
We allow 1 make up class per session.
Make ups are only allowed when the requested class size permits.
Participants are required to pre-register for make-ups through the office.
We will not offer make-ups for missed make-up classes.
Make-up classes do not transfer to future sessions.
Open gym will be allowed for make-ups due to bad weather or if you are not able to make-up in a scheduled class.
Gymnastics Toddler Classes Parents & Me Walking up to 3 years old Class Length: 45 minutes
PARENT PARTICIPATION REQUIRED. For children who love action they like to go-go-go! An adult accompanies their child while they are in the gym. The children will learn forward rolls, jumping, and balance beam walking. Hanging and swinging on the bars while practicing various motor skills as well as fine motor skills with balls and other small objects. This is a great class for you and your child to meet new friends and bond with each other. The children will learn how to work well with others and improve their fine and gross motor skills, such as hand eye coordination while learning gymnastics.
Tumble Tot 3 years old Class Length: 50 min
The children will learn lots of forward and backwards rolls and be introduced to cartwheels. They will learn various jumps on the floor and the trampoline. They will also work on their walks on the balance beam and swinging and supports on the bars. This is a great class for you and your child to meet new friends and bond with each other.
Tumble Bears 4 year old/ young 5's Class Length: 50 min
This class is more structured as it is designed for development of gymnastics, which includes uneven bars, balance beam, tumbling, trampoline and Tumble-Trak. Children work on basic gymnastics positions such as tuck, pike, straddle, squat and lunge. They will also work on skills such as handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, forward and backwards rolls.
Gymnastics Girls Classes
Girls Beginners Kindergarten& up Class Length: 1 Hour
This class is designed as a beginner gymnastics class for children ages 5 years old( and in Kindergarten) and older. The children will be introduced to tumbling, trampoline, tumble-trak, bars, beam and vault. This is a structured class that will focus on basic beginner skills of all events. This is a great class to build self-esteem, strength, and flexibility.
Girls Intermediate Kindergarten & up Class Length: 1 & 1/2 hours
This class is designed for the intermediate gymnast. They will begin to work on back handsprings and back walkovers on floor, back-hip circles on bars, and cartwheels and handstands on the high beam. They will also be introduced to the back handspring and the round-off back handspring on the floor and tumble-trak. There will also be a strong emphasis on building and maintaining strength and flexibility.

Girls Advanced Kindergarten & up Class Length: 2 hours
This class is designed for the advanced gymnast. They will work a lot on round-offs followed by a series of back handsprings. In this class they will begin to work on their front and back tucks. On beam the kids will begin to work on their back walkovers on the low beam and front handspring dismounts off the high beam. There will also be a strong emphasis on building and maintaining strength and flexibility.

Gymnastics Boys Classes
Boys Beginner 5 years old and up Class Length: 1 Hour
A class especially for the young men, more fitness and strength activities included in the class, as well as an introduction of men's gymnastics equipment such as high bar, parallel bars, rings, pommel horse, floor & vault. This class is a beginner level boy’s class designed to teach young men the basics of gymnastics.
Floor Tumbling Class Length: 1 Hour
This class is designed for those individuals who want to learn flips, handsprings and other floor skills. The emphasis is on improving strength, flexibility and correct alignment for tumbling skills. Tumbling class focuses its training on floor gymnastic skills. We teach all levels of tumbling in this class from basic skills such as: handstands, round offs, and back walkovers to back handsprings, back tucks and layouts. This class is great for cheerleaders, recreational gymnasts/tumblers.
