Effective Monday, March 16 thru March 30th Mid Michigan Gymnastics will be suspending all team practice, recreational classes, open gyms, private lessons and birthday parties. For recreational classes we are exercising the possibility of extending our current session beyond April 25th. We will pick up week 3 of this current session when this situation is deemed safe to return to normal activities. Because of this situation we are following suite with other Michigan Gyms. We will evaluate this week by week from here on out as new information is evolving on a hourly and daily basis. Our staff will continue to disinfect the facility and equipment so that when we open back up we can assure you that we have taken all preventive measures. Thank you for supporting us keeping all of staff and families healthy. We will continue to monitor the CDC, local and state health official recommendations and provide up to date communication with our members.

Hello MMG families,
As with all contagious illnesses, Mid Michigan Gymnastics is vigilantly monitoring COVID-19, more commonly referred to as Coronavirus. Our leadership team will continue to work closely with the Center for Disease Control and The Department of Health in monitoring Coronavirus. Should additional plans and procedures need to be put in place we will keep you updated.
In our efforts to keep our students and employees healthy and safe we ask your complete cooperation in upholding our illness policy. If your child exhibits any of the following symptoms please keep him/her home until symptoms subside for 24 hours: fever, achiness, excessively runny nose, coughing, breathing difficulties, shortness of breath, vomiting, diarrhea, red and itchy eyes, unidentified rash. If your child displays these symptoms in class, we will insist that they leave class, and if possible schedule a make up class or an Open Gym when they’ve recovered. We recognize that missing a class can be inconvenient; however, it is imperative for the health and safety of all families and employees that children are healthy when coming to class. As always, we will be as liberal with our class make ups as possible.
Mid Michigan Gymnastics cleaning and hand washing procedures will be rigorously upheld to minimize the spread of all illness. Our entire facility is cleaned and sanitized daily and we are taking extra steps in order to protect and keep our members safe and healthy during this time. In addition to fostering good hygiene procedures at home, we ask that your child wash his/her hands or use our hand sanitizing stations before coming into class/practice. Please avoid bringing extra kids to the facility and limiting to one guardian per child in the lobby.
